The Intro to Studio Lighting Workshop is designed specifically for photographers who need to learn the basics of studio lighting. Even if you have never seen a strobe light, this class is for you. The workshop is broken up into two sections.
The first section (1:00-3:30) will begin with a brief overview of lighting types, the stands, the triggers, camera settings, and a basic lighting setup. After the initial explanation you'll have some hands-on training with a live model.
The second section (3:30-5:00) will cover post-production editing in Lightroom (you can get a free 14-day trial for at adobe.com click here). This section will begin with a brief demonstration and then you will have the opportunity to work through your own images with the class.
(July 15, 1:00-5:00)
Strobes Outdoors requires an understanding of studio lighting, make sure you are registered for the first workshop if you are new to lighting. The workshop is broken up into two sections.
The first section (1:00-2:30) will begin with a brief overview of the technical changes ambient light introduces to the photographer when shooting outdoors. After the initial explanation you will have some hands-on training with a live model.
The second section (2:30-5:00) will cover post-production editing in Lightroom. In this workshop we will build on the knowledge of the first workshop and deal with tone curves, split toning, and selective color editing.
For the workshop we have booked the beautiful and talented Saige Garcia. Saige is an experienced model represented by Dame Management. Follow her Instagram www.instagram.com/saige_garcia17
